Nazima is a Doctor with an interest in Nutrition so lots of insight into evidence based ideas on how to eat well. Pierre is an ex chef, so we share ideas on food trends, how to plan ahead and prepare recipes, as well as methods and base recipes to help you gain confidence in the kitchen.
