One of the pleasures of living in a multicultural melting pot of a country like the UK, is the chance to enjoy food from around the world. I am spoilt living in London by the ability to find food from any country, from Ethiopian to Nepalese.
1 Onion chopped and 1 clove garlic chopped
As an accompaniment, the chopped mango mixed with a little spring onion and red pepper and some mint makes a cooling side dish. Great for summer.
